Terms and Conditions

By ordering you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions.

AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability - if a print is currently out of stock we will contact you straight away. You have the option of selecting another print or your cheque will be cancelled / credit card refunded depending on how you have paid.

PAYMENT
West Coast Prints accept payment by cheque or by credit/debit card through PayPal. If you wish to pay by cheque please print off the order form and make cheques payable to 'WestCoast Photography'. Remember to include post and packing charges. We regret that we are unable to accept post dated cheques. If you change your mind about an order, please contact us immediately by sending an e-mail to orders@westcoastphotography.co.uk. We will endeavour to help you with any changes to your requirements up to the moment that your order is shipped.

DELIVERY
Delivery within the UK is usually made within 2-3 working days of your payment clearing. We can also ship prints worldwide - please allow more time for delivery.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, after receiving your print(s), you decide that you do not wish to keep them please return them immediately for a refund or exchange (a 10% deduction of the order cost will be made for handling).
We should receive your purchase within 7 days in pristine condition with your purchase details.
